Barton mills scarecrow festival is held in July every year. The road through the village is closed to traffic for a two day-long festival which includes a dancing school K.A.T.S (Kimberly Ann theatre school), food and of course the scarecrows.
It's been a while since July but I've finally got down to write the article.
This article will include pictures and information about Barton mills scarecrow festival 2008.
Each year the scarecrow festival has a subject, this year is recycling.
